Guam Preservation Trust (GPT) cordially invites you to the 4th Pacific Preservation Summit on May 5, 2026, at the Hyatt Regency Guam.

GPT will be the main host for this summit with the theme of “Thrive” we look to tell and honor the stories of our past, seek solutions that revitalize our historic districts, and incentivize partners to invest in our respective island’s preservation vision and economy. This summit builds on the successes of the past three (3) Pacific Preservation Summits that GPT hosted in 2018, 2022, and 2024.

This upcoming one-day summit will also allow us to continue connecting with one another through presentations of projects in our region as well as understand financial solutions that can be done locally and regionally or modeled through (inter)national preservation movements. As preservationists in the Pacific, we understand the challenges of obtaining funding and it is our hope that through this summit, ideas to ensure that historic preservation thrives in this current fiscal environment will energize us to continue doing our most valuable work.
